About the Founder and Owner

CozyCloud IT was founded by Tim Jackson, who spent many years working with local managed service provider (MSP) companies. After gaining valuable experience in the industry, Tim decided to start his own company with a simple goal: to provide local small and midsize businesses with the reliable service, personal attention, and technology support they deserve.
